Role:
- Manage employee lifecycle processes end-to-end such as onboarding, performance, rewards and recognitions, employee queries, etc.
- Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and retention strategy across the allocated teams
- Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
